  • Act as a coach and thought partner to execs and managers, supporting their growth as leaders and helping build strong, high-performing teams.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards to align on headcount planning, compensation, growth frameworks, and succession planning.

  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, influence decisions, and proactively address challenges.

  • Partner with Compliance to ensure employment practices are clear, sound, and aligned with local regulations.

  • Champion change and lead through ambiguity during periods of growth, reorgs, or transformation.

  • Bring a fresh, non-traditional HR perspective, blending strategy with hands-on support.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.

  • You have strong business acumen and understand how People initiatives impact overall company goals.

  • You build trust easily and communicate with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

  • You enjoy solving complex people problems and balancing the needs of individuals with the needs of the business.
