Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor

About the job:

  • Oversee overall production operation to meet daily schedule adherence, yield, quality, and Inventory of the Department.

  • Lead local person to investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.

  • Lead continuous improvement activity in the department including leading Gemba walks.

  • Provide technical guidance to the team and lead projects that are complex.

  • Guide the Daily tasks of Production Engineers, including training, project coaching, etc.

  • Daily interaction with the engineering, maintenance, and supply chain departments to attain achieve daily production plan.

  • The primary contributor to the safe and efficient production operation.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant work experience.

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

  • Experience in a similar industry to Littelfuse is preferred.

  • Strong data analysis skills.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
