The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

As a key partner to the Sr Director of Labor and Employee Relations, you'll help define and implement strategies that align with our organizational goals and values. Your expertise will guide our Business Leaders and HR teams as you identify workforce trends and best practices to enhance employee engagement. You will monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to derive actionable insights that drive continuous improvement within our employee relations practices. Building strong relationships with both employees and leaders will be central to your role, as you address concerns in a collaborative manner and advise management on effective relations practices. With at least six years of experience in labor and employee relations matters, you'll be adept at using data to inform your strategies and will have the ability to prepare convincing reports for different audiences. Enjoy the flexibility of a role that requires travel for up to 50% of the time as you connect with a multi-site workforce.
