Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome applications for an Italian Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in navigating our ticketing solutions and event management services to ensure their events are successful and well-attended.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support to clients throughout the ticketing process, guiding them from event setup to monitoring ticket sales.
