🎯 What you'll do;

  • Be part of a dynamic consultancy solving hiring challenges for fast-growing clients in AI, Health-tech, SaaS, Fintech and Crypto.
  • Source & Engage: Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates.
  • Interview Candidates: conduct screening interviews to identify the best-fit talent.
  • Manage the Process:
    • Oversee inbound applications using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse).
    • Coordinate with hiring managers, ensuring candidates progress smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Communicate Effectively: Represent Move with strong verbal and written communication to candidates and clients

    • 1–3 years of recruitment experience in in-house or agency
    • Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, or creative industries.
  • Skills:
    • Sourcing: Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Google Suite.
    • Interviewing: Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
  • Mindset:
    • Personable, tenacious, empathetic and conscientious.
    • Energised by people, with a knack for persuasion and clear communication.
