PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary objective of this position is to provide daily operations pertaining to the hourly workforce at the Memphis, Tn manufacturing plant. Essential duties are maintaining timekeeping for hourly payroll, benefits issues, employee file maintenance and Talent Center database management. This role acts in the HR capacity at all times and will fill in for questions and support in the absence of the Sr. Manufacturing HR Leader
