About the role

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for upholding Range’s high talent bar as we experience continued exponential growth. This person will lead talent sourcing efforts, own interview coordinating,  and partner closely with our leadership team. This is an opportunity to be a highly valued member of a dynamic team where no task is too big nor too small.

What you’ll do with us

  • Partner with hiring managers to create and act on top of funnel sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and techniques

  • Create thoughtful outreach messaging to attract top talent

  • Own interview coordination 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Range’s platform, mission, and values and be able to communicate effectively to candidates

  • Provide a world class candidate experience

  • Maintain organized and accurate metrics related to talent acquisition

  • Effectively lead and contribute to broader company initiatives
