Position Summary
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HRBP team by providing day-to-day support of administrative work, assisting with auditing and reporting, and preparing presentations and other materials. This role will be key in reviewing, organizing, and analyzing data, preparing business summaries, and providing critical support to initiatives. The Senior HRBP Coordinator will be held accountable in partnering with other Centers of Expertise (COE) team members to deploy the driven data and analytics to the business.What will your job entail?

The target hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
