What you get to do:
Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:

  • Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations
  • Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
  • Set-up candidate video phone screens using our ModernHire technology for Hiring Managers to review
  • Post to niche job boards, as needed
  • Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
  • Assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season
  • Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
  • Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred
  • Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred
  • Availability to work occasional weekends, evening and holidays.
