Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamleiter I Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d). 

*Vollzeit 40 Std./Woche unbefristet

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für das Recruiting-Team am Standort Frankfurt am Main – direkt am Flughafen 
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer global angelegten Rekrutierungsstrategie, die auf die Unternehmensziele und etwaigen Wachstumspläne abgestimmt ist 
  • Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Rekrutierungsprozesse zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz, Compliance und einer konsistenten Candidate Journey 
  • Optimierung der Nutzung des SmartRecruiters ATS zur Förderung von Automatisierung, Analyse und datengestützter Entscheidungsfindung 
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Marketing- und Rekrutierungsstrategie 
  • Monitoring und Analyse globaler Recruiting-Kennzahlen und KPIs  
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung 
  • Sicherstellung einer proaktiven und konsistenten Kommunikation und des Wissensaustauschs zwischen globalen und regionalen Recruiting-Teams

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder sogar Studium 
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting und nachweislich erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams 
  • Gern ein gutes Prozessverständnis und Kenntnisse der gängigen KPIs 
  • Ein Positives (Growth) Mindset und große Lust auf Veränderung, sowie Fortschritt  
  • Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
