[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide administrative, operations and system support in staff benefits portfolio, specifically for leave, medical and dental claims as well as other staff benefits such as welfare care gifts
Provide finance administration support not limiting to Procurement, Payroll, Reconciliation, Invoice and Claims processing.
Partner and work with schools/departments to provide advice on leave and medical related matters as subject matter expert
Support and assist in reports generation, preparation and provide data analysis as and when required.
Support and lead automation and/or process improvement projects in leave and medical related areas
Support other areas of work and projects as and when assigned.

Pre-requisites:
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Organised and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Experience with HR Operations such as leave and medical benefits
Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous
Prior experience in Workday, Medical Claims Proration System and SharePoint administration is an advantage
Familiar with Government Instruction Manual (IM2 – Staff)

Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are essential, along with prior experience in HR operations. If you have knowledge of Workday or medical claims systems, that's a plus!
