Role Overview

We’re hiring a Deployment Technician to lead the internal technical execution of Thrive’s grant deployments. This is a deeply operational role focused on configuration, data hygiene, automation, and internal tooling. You’ll be responsible for setting up and monitoring all backend workflows that power our onchain funding programs—from grant templates and reviewer logic to milestone tracking and payment readiness.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across Deployment Ops, Integrations, and Data to ensure that every grant program is launched cleanly, tracked precisely, and executed with consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structured process, cross-system coordination, and solving complex problems in motion.

Key Responsibilities

Program Setup & Infrastructure

Configure internal deployment systems for each new grant or funding round
Implement eligibility logic, reviewer routing, payout structures, and milestone gates
Maintain deployment templates, QA protocols, and process documentation

Milestone Tracking & Reporting

Set up milestone templates and approval criteria based on grant requirements
Track project milestone progress via dashboards and CRM tools
Monitor review status, payout triggers, and flag exceptions for resolution
Generate milestone reports to inform partners and ecosystem leads

Internal Tooling & Automation

Maintain integrations across Airtable, CRMs, dashboards, and automation tools
Troubleshoot logic and data inconsistencies across tools and workflows
Collaborate with the Integrations team to ensure functional wallet and payout integrations

Reviewer Workflow Management

Set up reviewer permissions, queues, and scoring flows
Monitor reviewer throughput and flag misalignment, delays, or reassignments
Build and maintain internal review SLAs and handoff checklists

Governance & Compliance Ops

Set up and maintain multisigs, wallet routing, and access controls for programs
Support KYC/KYB documentation collection and management
Ensure audit readiness by organizing grant-level records and reviewer notes

Data QA & Performance Monitoring

Run pre-deployment QA and live deployment checks to prevent errors
Ensure real-time data accuracy across status fields, payment eligibility, and reviews
Track SLA metrics for deployment speed, data integrity, and payout flow

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years experience in technical ops, grants ops, or product enablement in Web3 or SaaS startups
Familiarity with grant programs, milestone-based funding, and Web3 tooling
Strong executional rigor with experience using tools like Airtable, Zapier, CRMs, etc.
Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene habits and operational QA instincts
Able to write or understand simple logic statements and structured workflows
Comfortable owning backend workflows with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
