Visa is looking for a Director, People Communications, to join our Enterprise, People and Internal & Digital Platforms Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Communications, this role will develop and execute thoughtful internal and external communication approaches for major People initiatives. The Director will also support speaking engagements for select leaders, including our Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer, Chief Inclusion Officer and Global Head of Talent. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to the organization helping to shape and tell our talent and inclusion stories and develop creative campaigns, blogs and social content to amplify why top talent chooses to join and stay at Visa.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Director with development of global campaigns that bring to life Visa’s talent, purpose, inclusion and career growth stories
  • Partner with the talent and inclusion teams to build creative content that will be leveraged internally and externally to attract and retain talent including blogs, video and social media
  • Support speaking engagements for select People leaders including narrative, talking points, slides and content based on audience
  • Partner with functional and regional communication leads to drive strong alignment of People messaging across the business
  • Develop and deliver bespoke strategic communication plans in partnership with executive People team leaders on core initiatives
  • Create tailored content for various media platforms, e.g., intranet articles, social posts, employee newsletter features, and other digital channels

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
