Senior Director - Enterprise Field Sales

Job Description

  • Own and manage the entire strategic sales process from top to bottom

  • Set and achieve revenue targets according to company goals, owning all sales conversion metrics and both monthly and annual sales targets

  • Work closely with the team to generate leads and develop and optimize messaging to increase sales team effectiveness

  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with both current clients and new prospects

  • Be a subject matter expert in your Enterprise domain  and constantly review the market to determine the changing needs of customers

  • Ability to travel in North America, meeting with prospects and customers 

  • Identify and engage with potential Enterprise partnerships, setting them up for success with Wix Enterprise

Qualifications

  • You’re a motivated experienced sales executive with 10 - 12 years of B2B sales experience, 5 of those focused on selling to the enterprise markets

  • Your excellent sales skills and ability to lead by example are evident in everything you do, and you always get things done

  • You’re a master networker and know how to use connections to create and drive both new and existing business opportunities

  • You’re a results-driven, competitive, and hungry salesperson who thrives in a high-growth startup environment 

  • You have the necessary drive to create open and effective communication channels while delivering the value of our platform as the best on the market 

  • You have experience working with big brands and are an excellent verbal and written communicator

  • This role requires 50% travel

The approximate base compensation is $140,000- $165,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

 

The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
