The Encore Boston Harbor Business Partner – Employee & Labor Relations is a member of the Employee Relations Department. This position will ensure that the work environment is free from harassment and discrimination and in compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and in compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations while providing excellent guest services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintain productive and proactive relationships with union partners, collaborate with Director of Employee & Labor Relations in effectively executing core labor relations functions including grievance handling, contract administration, and collective bargaining; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.

Age, Gaming and Certifications:

Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
Education and/or Experience:
Language Skills:
Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to decipher reports and maintain reports on request.
