Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE  

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to fulfill the staffing needs of our organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we maintain a high-quality workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. 

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. 

  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates. 

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. 

  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment and supporting manufacturing functions. 

  • Proven success recruiting for a variety of functions and roles. 

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. 

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software. 

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible to recieve up to 5% annual bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.

*Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
