What You Will Do

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Work side by side with leadership and engineering teams to align people strategies with ambitious UAV projects — ensuring we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time.
  • Empower High-Performance Teams: Drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning to help our teams break new ground — from propulsion specialists to avionics engineers.

What You´ll Need

Experience: 5+ years as an HRBP, People Partner, or similar — ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven or engineering environment.

International Experience: Proven experience in an International Company, handling different countries. Balance of strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. You’re as comfortable advising leadership as you are running an impromptu team check-in.

Mindset: Adaptability, resilience, and a bias for action. When plans shift (because they will), you pivot fast — without losing sight of the bigger picture.
