Job Description

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;

•⁠ Colaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;

•⁠ ⁠Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;

•⁠ ⁠Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;

•⁠ ⁠Understand current and future needs of the team.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;

•⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively;

•⁠ ⁠Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
