HR & Payroll Operations Associate (Taiwan)_Remote

An experienced HR & Payroll Operations Associate to shape and manage HR and payroll operations for our clients' employees in Taiwan.

You'll play a key role in building and scaling Taiwan operations. If you're a go-getter with strong HR and payroll expertise, we'd love to hear from you!



What You’ll Be Doing
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll disbursements while complying with Taiwan's labor laws.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, achieving zero delays or errors.
  • Resolve employee and client escalations within defined SLAs.
  • Oversee HRMS data management to maintain flawless record integrity.
  • Collaborate with clients on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • 確保 薪資發放準確,並符合台灣勞動法規。
  • 管理 入職與離職流程,確保 零延遲與零錯誤
  • 規定的服務水平協議 (SLA) 內,處理 員工與客戶的問題與糾紛
  • 維護 HRMS (人力資源管理系統) 數據完整性,確保記錄精確無誤。
  • 與客戶協作,處理 人資相關事務,如 解僱、離職及績效評估
  • 開發並優化標準作業流程 (SOP),提升運營效率與可擴展性。

Who We Are Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR and Payroll operations, specifically within Taiwan.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan employment laws and statutory contributions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese to manage client and employee communications.
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
  • A go-getter mindset with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • 5 年以上 人力資源與薪資管理經驗,特別是 台灣市場
  • 熟悉台灣勞動法與法定社會保險 (勞健保、勞退等) 合規要求
  • 中英文流利,能夠有效管理 客戶與員工溝通
  • 具備 HRMS 及薪資管理系統的使用經驗
  • 積極主動,具備 卓越的問題解決與組織能力
