Location: Houston

SPONSORSHIP: This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.

The Team:

Commercial Organization

Responsibilities:

  • Must have strong Project mgmt and analysis skills that lend to the support of our compensation and customer engagement.

    Compensation

  • Assist in the administration and analysis of compensation programs.
  • Conduct analysis on compensation strategies and best practices.
  • Analyze data and processes related to employee compensation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and engagement findings.
  • Customer Engagement

  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving our Value Review processes and Ecosystems engagement.
  • Support the creation and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide analysis and planning support around our customer engagement processes.

Education and Experience Required:
• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.

  • Graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong Project Mgmt. skills.

The pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
