HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Entwicklung von HR-Strategien, die die Unternehmensziele / Ziele der Gruppe unterstützen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Organisationsentwicklungsthemen und personalorientierter Projekte (z.B. Change-Management-Prozesse, Gesundheitsmanagement)
  • Schnittstelle zum Mutterkonzern und Reporting von HR Kennzahlen in den Konzern
  • Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und -bindung
  • Steuerung und Führung der Betriebsratsarbeit am Standort
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der GF und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen und strategischen HR-Angelegenheiten
  • Leitung von Projekten im Produktionsumfeld (Einführung von Schichtmodellen…)
  • Förderung der Personalentwicklung durch die Organisation und Umsetzung von gezielten Schulungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Identifikation von Personalbedarf
  • Unterstützung in der Personaladministration

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul­studium mit Schwer­punkt Personal­management oder eine vergleich­bare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld
  • Du bringst sehr gute Coaching- und Kommunikationskompetenzen mit
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, struk­turiert und organi­siert
  • Du bist empathisch und diskret und hast ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast ein hohes Bewusstsein für das Thema Informationssicherheit
