The Opportunity 

Our London Temp business has seen consistent growth both in number of clients and volume of business.  They’re setting new records of success with their uncompromising levels of service.  This is a high-impact role which will present career pathways into client-facing projects, or people leadership.

You’ll benefit from working directly alongside our Head of Temp to learn our systems and standards, followed by introductions to high-volume clients, which require a passionate, driven individual to account manage and develop.  We consistently review our service to find the dial changes to ensure both the candidate and client experience is both personal and effective. 

The Team 

Our London Temp business has grown year on year since its inception over 15 years ago and now consists of 7 recruitment superstars. The team consistently keep more than 100 temps working per week and fills 98% of their roles. By providing exceptional service, we nurture loyalty and personal relationships based on trust and understanding. Whilst the team set the bar high, the culture is one of teamwork and support and they get the most reward from achieving success together as well as having fun along the way.
