This is a fully remote role with up to 15% travel.
This role requires a seasoned recruiter with expertise in technical hiring, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and experience hiring consultants. The ideal candidate will utilize Workday and Lever ATS platforms to manage recruitment workflows and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage a requisition load of 30+ roles, including technical positions and consulting roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish hiring strategies, and execute comprehensive recruitment plans.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Technical Recruiting Expertise:
Lead the recruitment of technical roles across diverse domains, assessing candidate qualifications and skills against position requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends to attract and engage highly sought-after technical talent.
Consultant Hiring:
Identify and recruit consultants with specialized expertise to meet the needs of client-facing and project-based roles.
Assess candidates for adaptability, communication skills, and consulting experience.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Build strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing market insights and hiring strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with workforce planning and organizational goals.
Time-to-Fill Optimization:
Monitor and manage time-to-fill metrics, driving efficiency without compromising quality.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-hire.
ATS Utilization:
Effectively use Workday and Lever ATS platforms to manage recruitment pipelines, candidate communications, and hiring processes.
Generate and analyze reports from ATS systems to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Train and guide hiring managers on ATS best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
Candidate Experience:
Deliver a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain consistent communication and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles and/or consulting positions.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (30+ roles).
Proficiency in Workday and Lever ATS platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform recruitment strategies.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices across multiple geographies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment.
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
