About the Role 

In this position, you will: 

  • Organize home remodeling projects 

  • Monitor field crew performance and product quality 

  • Communicate directly with customers and assist with complaint resolution 

  • Present daily progress reports 

  • Occasional measuring of jobs 

  

Key Qualifications 

  • Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record   

  • Prior management or supervisory experience 

  • Conflict resolution experience 

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
