Maintenance Storeroom Leader - New Role!

The Maintenance Storeroom Leader at Shearer's is primarily responsible for managing the organization, upkeep, and continuous improvement of the storerooms. This position oversees stock management, ensures data accuracy within our CMMS, manages inventory metrics, and trains staff on MRO processes.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MRO storerooms or 5 years in inventory management. A solid understanding of maintenance processes, particularly in food manufacturing, as well as familiarity with CMMS software is essential for this role.

The Maintenance Storeroom Leader is crucial in driving continuous improvement by proposing changes related to stock management and execution of maintenance activities. They lead initiatives aimed at enhancing storeroom efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring better alignment with corporate standards.
