    Our "PASis" team is looking for a tech-savvy colleague! The People Administration & Services team works with the latest HR software and thrives in a digital-first environment.     YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

     

    • You manage HR systems, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity
    • You provide first-level support for HR systems, handling permissions, mass uploads, and troubleshooting system-related tasks
    • You act as the liaison between HR Systems and People Administration teams, managing system-related inquiries
    • You oversee and maintain access rights, ensuring compliance with internal policies
    • You monitor system performance, identify issues, and support improvements in HR processes
    • You assist with system-related projects, implementations, and optimizations

     

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

     

    • Experience You have a background in IT, HR systems, or HR administration with a strong focus on system management
    • Technical Proficiency You have experience with HR systems such as Workday (preferred) or similar platforms
    • Problem-Solving You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting system issues
    • Collaboration You communicate effectively with HR teams and IT counterparts to ensure system efficiency
    • Organizational Skills You can manage multiple system-related tasks, from user permissions to data uploads, efficiently
    • Language You have excellent English skills - additional languages are a plus
