Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at USAA in Colorado Springs CO.  The current food landscape is 1 corporate cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, a Micro-Market and Catering Operations.  The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 on site and oversee the day-to-day operation.

M-F 6am to 4pm schedule, vey rare evenings, no weekends

  • Manage the client relationship
  • Manage the budget/finances
  • Leading and developing a team of 15 to 20 hourly employees
  • Must have some culinary knowledge-menuing, ordering, requisitioning, buying
