In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

SWATX is on the lookout for a dynamic Campaign Manager who is ready to take the reins of our marketing efforts and lead a variety of exciting campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that not only resonate with our target audience but also deliver tangible results. You will manage everything from the spark of an idea to the nitty-gritty of execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring that each campaign is a success story. Your collaboration with teams across design, content, and sales will be key in creating captivating campaign assets that engage and inspire. As you navigate through budgets and timelines, your keen analytical skills will help you assess campaign performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement. You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends, using insights to continually refine our strategies. Building relationships with external partners and vendors will be a part of your daily routine as you execute these creative initiatives. Plus, you’ll have the fantastic opportunity to mentor junior team members, leading them towards a collaborative and results-focused work culture. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and between 4 to 10 years of experience in campaign management, we want to hear from you.
