The Professional Services Consultant/Deployment Manager is a critical member of the Customer Success team at Abnormal Security. In this role, you will leverage your advanced expertise in enterprise mail flow and email security-related workstreams to lead customers through their initial post-sales journey, providing product training and ensuring the successful implementation of our platform.
We are seeking a passionate team member who will collaborate closely with enterprise customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges and objectives. You will recommend and implement scalable solutions with well-defined delivery plans. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in project management and customer relationship management, including delivering large-scale projects for Fortune 500 customers across various industries, often engaging with VP and C-level executives.
Beyond managing enterprise-grade deployment projects, you will also contribute to defining implementation best practices, developing innovative delivery methodologies, and helping shape what "delivery excellence" means at Abnormal.
