Job Description

  • Supporting HR project rollouts and providing data insights to aid decision-making.
  • Representing HR in project meetings and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing HR policies and process checks to maintain compliance.
  • Assisting the compensation and benefits team in managing employee benefits.
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team on salary reviews, gender pay gap reporting, and talent management initiatives.
  • Transforming HR data into clear, meaningful insights for key stakeholders.
  • Supporting audit preparations to ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient.
