People & Culture Intern

bunch is building the backbone of private markets, combining exceptional expertise, operational excellence, and frictionless technology. The platform enables funds and private investors to seamlessly and securely set up and manage their investment entities.

To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate (role) professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

This is a unique opportunity to get to know one of Berlin’s hottest startups in FinTech. How the role contributes to the company's vision

  • You will be part of our People team, supporting our talent acquisition efforts to attract and engage top talent for bunch

  • You will use LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify high-potential candidates across different roles, with a strong focus on sales and investment professionals

  • You will screen profiles, assess fit, and work closely with hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines

  • You will support employer branding initiatives by crafting compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and engaging with potential candidates

  • You will track and analyze sourcing efforts, helping to refine strategies and improve hiring efficiency

  • You will support in creating all internal documentation and making sure it is up-to-date. 

  • You will support in taking care of our amazing office space with recurring supply ordering and management of the office. 

  • You will collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates

What you should bring with you

  • You are currently a student or a recent graduate in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

  • You are curious about recruitment and talent sourcing and eager to learn the ins and outs of finding the right people for the right roles

  • You have a keen eye for detail and a structured way of working – sourcing and recruiting require precision and organization

  • You are comfortable working with LinkedIn recruiter and other sourcing tools (previous experience in sourcing or recruiting is a plus but not required!)

  • You have strong communication skills – you’ll be reaching out to candidates and representing bunch as their first point of contact

  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)

  • First interview with the People team to get acquainted with the bunch and to understand if what we’re offering is what you’re searching for

  • Deep-dive interview with Estelle (People Lead) - discover the role in more detail and discuss how your journey has prepared you for it, your learnings along the way, your goals and your overall personal purpose

  • Case Interview with Estelle & Roberto, to demonstrate your way of thinking, working and communicating your output

  • Final meeting with our Founders to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions
