  • Être responsable de la recherche et du recrutement des meilleurs talents
  • Être un expert connaissant les besoins en postes techniques du marché et des entreprises
  • Établir des partenariats et des relations avec vos gestionnaires d’embauche
  • Partager des idées et des processus créatifs sur la manière de recruter stratégiquement
  • S’occuper du cycle complet du recrutement, soit de la recherche de candidats, des entrevues, des offres et de l’intégration
  • Gérer un volume important de recrutement

Votre profil :

  • Curieux et stratégique dans la recherche de nouveaux moyens pour attirer les meilleurs talents
  • Réseau solide de talents techniques, principalement en développement logiciel
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (ce poste nécessite des interactions avec nos collaborateurs et clients internationaux).
  • Passionné et créatif dans la recherche de talents sur un marché concurrentiel
  • Expérience avec un système de suivi des candidats, LinkedIn et d’autres médias sociaux/sites d’emplois
  • Personne capable de résoudre les problèmes avec une attitude de volontariste
  • Esprit analytique

What your day will look like:

  • Be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Be an expert knowing the market and business needs for corporate and technical positions
  • Partner and build relationships with your hiring managers
  • Share creative ideas and processes on how to recruit strategically
  • Full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, making offers and onboarding
  • Able to support high volume recruitment in a timely manner

About you:

  • Curious, strategic in finding new ways to attract top talent
  • Strong candidate network in both technical and corporate roles
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
  • Passionate and creative in sourcing talent in a competitive market
  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn and other social media/job boards
  • Can do attitude and problem solve
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with high volume recruitment

Great if you have:

  • Technical and corporate recruiting experience
  • ATS experience with Workable
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
