Provision of organisational, co-ordinator and administrative support to the Global Security EMEA Operations, the role will contribute towards the success and effectiveness of the Global Security Operations team through responsibilities/participation in initiatives that support developments and improvement within the EMEA Region.
Salary up to £40,000.00 per annum
Working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
The position will be hybrid working.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our Global Security EMEA Operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will vary from processing security invoices to assisting with the annual pricing and contracting process. You’ll be the go-to person for auditing invoices and ensuring our operational data is accurate on our Power BI Dashboard. As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll also keep our Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments up to date so our deployed employees have all the information they need. An important part of your role will be to monitor Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the monthly communications that keep our team in the loop. This hybrid position promotes a mix of remote and in-person collaboration, allowing for flexibility while keeping the team connected. You’ll help coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and stay on top of ongoing projects.
