A little more about our center:

The Terrace is a classic Skilled Nursing Facility that has 115 beds, with a heavy emphasis on long term resident care and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit.  This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help out when you need it.  What makes us unique:

  • 30% of our residents are late stage memory care patients and we are one of the only nursing homes in the area with dementia programming.
  • We have a busy Activities Department that keeps our residents engaged with low level sensory rooms, cognitive therapeutic games, regular entertainment and cooking classes.
  • We have added an internal/in-house therapy team - they work for the center, not a therapy vendor.

Job Description

What you will do in this role:  The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations/metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center.  You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention.  This is a fast pace environment and you will have the support of a regional team as we strive for excellent patient care.

What’s in it for you:

  • Strong Department Managers
  • Low turnover rate
  • Robust activities program

  • Employee engagement & Educational Assistance programs

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility
  • Illinois LNHA license
  • Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
  • You understand ROI, QMs and know your buildings metrics inside and out.

If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply.  Join us and be the reason someone smiles today.
