We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to create an environment where our people are engaged, motivated, and set up for success. What You’ll Do
Be a Strategic Partner to the Business
Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Provide counsel on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and succession planning.
Anticipate HR needs and proactively develop solutions that support our growth.
Drive Culture & Employee Engagement
Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-engagement culture.
Partner with leaders to deliver impactful employee engagement strategies.
Conduct regular engagement surveys and drive meaningful actions from the insights.
Lead new hire onboarding experiences and support role/department onboarding plans.
Support Performance & Leadership Development
Coach managers and leaders on feedback, performance management, and employee development.
Assist with leadership development programs and identify growth opportunities for high-potential employees.
Help embed a culture of continuous feedback and learning across the organization.
Champion Organizational Development & Change
Support organizational changes and scaling initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions.
Align company values and business goals with daily people practices.
Analyze HR data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
Manage Employee Relations & Compliance
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, fostering a culture of fairness and trust.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing clear communication and support.
Maintain accurate employee data and ensure seamless updates in our HR systems.
Leverage HR Technology & Analytics
Partner with leadership and the HR Director to ensure our HR technology supports business goals.
Drive adoption of HR tools and provide training and coaching for managers.
Use people analytics to deliver actionable insights and improve HR processes.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner role (SaaS or tech environment highly preferred).
Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.
Experience supporting high-growth teams and navigating organizational change.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset and comfort with HR metrics and analytics.
Proficiency with HR systems and tools (experience with SmartRecruiters, BambooHR, or similar systems a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
