Für unsere offene Position als HR Business Partner suchen wir dich! Starte im People Business Partnership Team und sei verantwortlich für die Umsetzung unserer Personalstrategie. Gemeinsam mit dem Management steuerst du strategische Projekte und unterstützt die Führungskräfte durch Trainings sowie gezieltes Coaching. Gestalte unsere Organisationskultur, steigere die Effektivität unserer AUTO1 Group Business Units. AUTO1 Group ist Europas führende digitale Automobilplattform. Stellenbeschreibung

  • Berate deine Stakeholders über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg zu personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und unterstütze sie beim Aufbau leistungsstarker Teams, - du bist die erste Anlaufstelle der Abteilung

  • Baue eine sehr enge und vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu den Abteilungen auf, um Themen wie Organisationsstruktur, Führungskräftetraining, Performance Management und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit voranzutreiben

  • Betreue eigene Themen und Prozesse vom Onboarding von Neueinsteigern bis zum Austritt von Mitarbeitern und sorge für eine tolle Employee Experience

  • Verwalte deine täglichen Aufgaben wie Strukturänderungen, Gehalts-Benchmarking, Feedback und Gehaltserhöhungszyklen und arbeite an abteilungsspezifischen Projekten die du passend zur Personalstrategie definierst

  • Bringe unsere HR Prozesse auf das nächste Level und setze deutschlandweite HR Richtlinien für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen auf

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich HR Business Partnering oder Consulting, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Startup-Umfeld

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts in Kombination mit einer Coaching-Einstellung

  • Exzellentes Zeit- und Projektmanagement mit Multitasking-Fähigkeit, Can-Do-Mentalität und eine sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit dem Selbstvertrauen und den Fähigkeiten, auf der Senior Management-Ebene zu kommunizieren

  • Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (min. Niveau C2) und Englisch (min. Niveau C1)
