Workplace Experience Coordinator

We're seeking a passionate Workplace Experience Coordinator to help us elevate the day-to-day experience of our growing team in our San Francisco office while remotely supporting our Toronto and Los Angeles hubs. If you're a proactive, people-oriented individual who loves bringing energy to a workplace, we want you on our team!

This is a full-time role with the expectation of working 5 days a week from our San Francisco hub.

What you'll do:

  • Create Memorable Experiences: Plan and execute on-site events, celebrations, and activities that foster team bonding and company culture.

  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space, ensuring it’s always organized, welcoming, and fully stocked.

  • Employee Engagement: Be the first point of contact for employees' workplace needs—whether it’s setting up for a meeting or arranging special requests.

  • Vendor & Facility Management: Manage relationships with office vendors and contractors, ensuring everything from office supplies to IT equipment is running smoothly.

  • Health & Wellness Advocate: Coordinate wellness initiatives, ergonomic assessments, and other employee programs that promote well-being.

  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with People Operations, IT, and leadership to support organizational initiatives and improve employee satisfaction.

  • Diversity of Tasks: Manage office moves, assist with space planning, and help improve the physical and cultural environment to support productivity and inclusivity.


What we look for:

  • Prior Experience: 4+ years in a workplace experience, office coordination, or similar role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-Oriented: You know that the little things matter—whether it’s ensuring the conference rooms are prepped or creating a memorable employee experience.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern office tools and software; experience with event platforms and project management tools a plus.

  • Problem-Solver: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot, and pivot quickly to solve issues as they arise.

  • Positive Attitude: You're an approachable, people-first individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
