You’ll be sourcing candidates from various channels, including community services and colleges, while leveraging your networking skills to build relationships with potential hires. Your ability to screen and evaluate candidates will be key, ensuring we find the best fit for the dynamic culture at FitzMark. You’ll guide new hires through the onboarding process and foster ongoing relationships with applicants to create a smooth selection experience. We value analytical insights, so you’ll also provide detailed recruiting reports to assist management and collaborate on innovative strategies. If you have a high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree is preferred), 1+ years of experience in sales recruiting, and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you!
