Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter, BlueOval Battery Park MichiganJob DescriptionIf you're ready to change the way the world moves, join us at Blue Oval Battery Park Michigan, a new state-of-the-art facility in Marshall, Michigan. You'll be a key part of the launch team that will help bring the electrification revolution to driveways, job sites, and highways everywhere. Blue Oval Battery Park Michigan will produce the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells to power the next-generation Ford EV passenger vehicles and trucks under development.This new wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company will create more than 1,700 jobs when production begins in 2026. This role will start remote and then will be working hybrid out of Marshall with expectation to be on-site at Marshall once building construction and timing is established (relocation package available).At Blue Oval Battery Park Michigan, you will...• Use your entrepreneurial skills and team mindset to come up with data-driven solutions• Build and lead an agile team to deliver the advanced technology that drives the future• Create a culture of trust, encourage diversity of thought, and foster leadership in others• Be part of the historic transformation of the automotive industryResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...• Support salaried recruiting and hourly high-volume recruiting.• Build pipelines of talent for future business needs.• Engage with the community to build Ford as an employer of choice.• Work collaboratively with other members of the HR team.• Build strong relationships and business acumen to enable overall business strategy.• Strong resilience and ability to be flexible and shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.• Develop sourcing strategies and work with hiring teams to engage and motivate teams to build an "always on" hiring culture.• Analyzes data and metrics across the recruitment cycle, generates reports, and provides insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
