Senior Recruiter

  • Salary: $800 - $1,500 (with commissions) per month
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: 1pm - 9pm Philippine Time
  • Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

🎯 Your Goal: Own the full recruitment cycle while finding ways to make it faster and better. You'll analyze client needs, create targeted job profiles, screen quality candidates, and manage placements - all while using data to improve processes and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
