Job Description

  • Active search for Candidates with different techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean search)
  • Selection of Candidates during phone screening and then interviews
  • Following-up of the candidate during the process
  • Working with sales & technical experts to validate your candidate
  • Guardian of the quality of the candidate experience
  • Be part of workshops for the recruitment department evolution
  • Challenging the organization for collective changes

Qualifications

  • Junior-level experience in a similar position 
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry
  • Good knowledge of direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean search
  • Good knowledge of the high-quality recruitment process
  • Good knowledge of creating profiles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Achieving the target
  • English language min B2
  • Strong discipline and responsibility for your production and delivery
  • Being proactive
  • Very good communication skills
  • Team player attitude

  • Rate: up to 7 000 PLN gross per month
