Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter at Koddi, you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition efforts to support the growth and success of our teams. You will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure top talent. Success in this role is defined by consistently meeting hiring goals, reducing time-to-hire, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


What will you do
  • Manage daily recruiting activities to ensure hiring goals are met and processes run smoothly.
  • Interview candidates, check references, and ensure only qualified candidates move forward.
  • Actively reach out to potential candidates, building a strong pipeline of top talent.
  • Identify and recruit candidates for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication, creating a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Partner with universities to create a consistent pipeline of talented graduates.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to keep data accurate and processes efficient.
  • Support leadership by managing recruitment projects to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Address challenges quickly to keep projects on track and deliver results.
  • Work on important initiatives that improve recruiting outcomes and support company success.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years related work experience 
  • Advanced recruiting skills and strong computer software skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of emotional intelligence
