Votre Ă©quipe


Vous rejoindrez l'Ă©quipe RH de Lucca qui compte actuellement 23 personnes, rĂ©parties dans 5 teams : la DRH, les HR Operations (3), l'Office Management (4), les HR Business Partners (5), le Learning & Development ou L&D (2) et - last but not least, les Talent Acquisition Manager ou TAM (9). 



Mission principale


Construire avec les managers des stratĂ©gies de recrutement innovantes, identifier des talents d’exception et renforcer la notoriĂ©tĂ© de Lucca dans l'Ă©cosystĂšme tech. En Ă©troite collaboration avec toute l'Ă©quipe TAM et le soutien des Ă©quipes RH, vous serez Ă©galement un partenaire clĂ© des managers pour identifier et recruter la personne la plus adaptĂ©e Ă  leurs besoins.



Missions au quotidien : 


▶ Accompagner les managers dans leurs recrutements : comprĂ©hension du besoin, dĂ©finition du profil type, mise en place d’un process efficace, accompagnement et partage de bonnes pratiques tout au long du process ;

▶ DĂ©velopper une stratĂ©gie de sourcing efficace et adaptĂ©e Ă  chaque poste : prĂ©paration et publication des offres d’emploi, choix et multiplication des outils et canaux ainsi que toute idĂ©e que vous aurez pour attirer et recruter le bon profil !

▶ Identifier et sĂ©lectionner les candidat(e)s qui correspondent aux standards Lucca et dans nos rĂšgles de l'art ;

▶ AmĂ©liorer et suivre nos processus de recrutement : gestion des candidatures, organisation des entretiens, participation aux entretiens, coordination des Ă©quipes impliquĂ©es dans le recrutement, partage de feedback Ă  chaque Ă©tape du process aux candidat(e)s, etc.

▶ Assurer une bonne expĂ©rience candidat tout au long du process de recrutement, et mĂȘme aprĂšs ! - qu'on soit fait pour ĂȘtre ensemble ou non, on veut que tout se passe Ă  merveille!

▶ Organiser et participer Ă  des Ă©vĂ©nements qui visent Ă  renforcer la marque employeur de Lucca (Ă©cosystĂšme tech & start-up, forums Ă©coles, salons...)

▶ GĂ©rer des projets transverses que ce soit sur la gestion et utilisation de la data RH, les relations Ă©coles, la marque employeur (nos 3 prioritĂ©s pour 2025) ou tout autre sujet : peu importe ! Tant que ça nous aide et nous amĂšne Ă  recruter les bonnes personnes au bon endroit.

Profil recherché :


❏ Vous ĂȘtes diplĂŽmĂ©(e) d’une Ă©cole de commerce ou d’un Ă©quivalent universitaire et vous avez une expĂ©rience d'un an minimum dans le recrutement.


❏ Vous avez un rĂ©el intĂ©rĂȘt pour l’écosystĂšme tech et comprenez les spĂ©cificitĂ©s des mĂ©tiers business, qu’il s’agisse des Sales, du Customer Success (CS) ou encore du Marketing.


❏ La curiositĂ© est votre plus grand atout : vous posez les bonnes questions, creusez au-delĂ  des Ă©vidences et cherchez Ă  comprendre en profondeur les mĂ©tiers et parcours des candidats. Vous n’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  Ă©changer avec les managers, l’équipe RH ou les candidats pour affiner votre expertise.


❏ Vous ĂȘtes Ă  l’aise dans l’échange et savez engager la conversation avec les candidat(e)s, en posant les bonnes questions et en rebondissant efficacement pour affiner votre comprĂ©hension de leur parcours et de leur potentiel.


❏ Vous possĂ©dez d'excellentes qualitĂ©s de communication Ă©crite et orale et vous avez un trĂšs bon sens du relationnel : en gros, vous savez gagner la confiance de vos interlocuteurs (managers comme candidats) tout en restant dans le cadre attendu.


❏ Enfin, indispensable : vous ĂȘtes une personne positive, enthousiaste et curieuse ! Et pour survivre dans l’équipe TAM, on espĂšre que vous ĂȘtes aussi bon public.

Étape 1 : Entretien tĂ©lĂ©phonique avec Anne, Lead Recruiter (30')

Étape 2 : Entretien avec Anne et Camille, Head of Talent Acquisition (60')

Étape 3 : Petit oral avec une (bonne) partie de l’équipe TAM + Guillaume, HRBP en charge des Ă©quipes Business (60')

Étape 4 : Grand oral (45')
