Your experience as an effective operator in Injection molding or Assembly will be invaluable as you manage training checklists and pair newcomers with training buddies. Each day, you'll have the chance to demonstrate how to operate machinery safely, adhere to quality protocols, and navigate the documentation required for production. Plus, your ability to foster positive relationships makes you an essential mentor on the production floor. Beyond training, you'll contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures and participate in ongoing improvements within the team.
