As a Benefits Coordinator, this role is responsible for helping employees enroll in company benefit programs. Duties include discussing benefits options with all levels of staff and faculty, pulling reports and keeping detailed records of employee benefit insurance information and assisting with overseeing the enrollment process.

The benefits coordinator three is responsible for supporting employees through the retirement process to ensure they are prepared, educated, and compliant with appropriate policies and guidelines. Process Benefits Administration Event Maintenance data daily in Workday. This individual will work to validate, and process benefit enrollment forms both electronically and paper and will ensure the accuracy and system completion of employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, and changes. The event maintenance work includes, conducting regular data quality audits to identify and resolve errors; provides technical assistance to internal stakeholders to research and resolve complex benefits issues; Assist with escalated calls and requests to the HR Connection team; Performs one-on-one consultations, trainings, and webinars; escalates technical issues when necessary, and works with the Sr. System Analyst to correct errors; determine the trends in data quality issues and works with more senior Benefits team members to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

2 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced degree in relevant field may be preferred.

Certification or vocational training.

Workday Experience.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $21.11- $27.77*

Work Schedule: Hybrid – On campus on Wednesday.
