Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing international recruitment team. This role will be based in Cape Town, working closely with our UK headquarters to expand our operations in South Africa and, in the future, the Asia Pacific region. You will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier talent, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless placements for international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates within international markets.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Participate in a structured training academy for the first six months, progressing to handling higher-value placements.
