Stellenbeschreibung

Als Talent Acquisition Specialist bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres internationalen HR-Teams und treibst aktiv die Gewinnung von Fachkräften voran. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Identifikation und Ansprache  von Talenten (vorwiegend Ingenieur:innen & Architekt:innen), die unser Unternehmen mit ihren Fähigkeiten bereichern.

Das Besondere an dieser Position ist die Vielfältigkeit. Dieser Bereich ist:

  • Wichtig – Dein Fokus liegt auf der aktiven Identifikation und Direktansprache von Top-Talenten. Du nutzt gezielte Direct-Search-Strategien, um Fachkräfte über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Xing und branchenspezifische Netzwerke proaktiv zu erreichen und für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen.
  • Entscheidend – Du analysierst den Markt kontinuierlich, erkennst Trends und Kandidatenbedürfnisse. Darauf basierend entwickelst du gezielte Sourcing- und Ansprache-Strategien, um Top-Talente zu gewinnen.
  • Spannend – Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk aus passenden Kandidat:innen auf und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen, um einen hochwertigen Talent-Pool für zukünftige Positionen zu sichern. Dabei agierst du als erste Kontaktperson im Recruiting-Prozess.
  • Wertvoll – Du nutzt moderne Recruiting-Tools, Sourcing-Techniken und Applicant Tracking Systeme (ATS), um den Such- und Auswahlprozess effizient zu gestalten. Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Prozesse und trägst dazu bei, die Candidate Experience auf ein neues Level zu heben.
  • Kooperativ – Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften und HR Manager:innen zusammen, um die Anforderungen für offene Positionen in den Bereichen Architektur & Ingenieurwesen zu verstehen. Auf dieser Basis entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Suchstrategien und sorgst für eine präzise Direktansprache.

  • Ausgebildet – Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in den Bereichen Personal, Marketing, Kommunikation, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. Wir schätzen unterschiedliche Bildungswege und berücksichtigen vielseitige Qualifikationen.
  • Erfahren – Du hast erste oder fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing oder Talent Acquisition, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Direktansprache und Netzwerkarbeit.
  • Routiniert – Du bist sicher im Umgang mit LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, Boolean Search oder anderen relevanten Sourcing-Tools.
  • Verantwortungsbewusst & Kundenorientiert– Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein, dabei hast Du stehts die Kundenbedürfnisse im Blick und stellst eine positive Candidate Experience sicher.
