Job Description

Your mission:

We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner for our Shared Service Center to oversee all human resources processes and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Your Role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR;
  • Guiding stakeholders through all annual HR processes such as: Talent Management, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Staff budgeting;
  • Provide HR policy guidelines;
  • Identify training needs across the organisation;
  • Oversee the employee satisfaction survey, follows up on the results and implementation of action plans;
  • Coordinate between employees and management to improve work relations and engagement;
  • Offering support on HR administrative tasks when needed;
  • Conducting the HR Onboarding program, Exit and First impression interviews;
  • Active participation in employee-related activities, including workshops, internal events, and team-buildings;
  • Educate team members on all HR processes that are in their interest;
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues;
  • Oversee all admin and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Proven work experience (3+ years) as an HR Business Partner preferabily in a shared service or BPO;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive HR projects independently;
  • Consistent knowledge in Romanian labour and employee relations law;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical capability;
  • Decision Making/Complex Problem Solving: Proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources;
  • Good command of MS Office package;
  • Fluent English language skills.
