Promerit Admin

As a Promerit Admin at our company, you'll be responsible for the overall administration of the Promerit system, which includes user management, system configuration, data integrity, and reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting, implementing upgrades, and ensuring that the system meets our users' needs effectively.

For the Promerit Admin role, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, at least 7 years of experience in a similar role is essential, along with strong SQL skills, data management proficiency, and experience with SQL Server Agent and SSIS.

SQL skills are crucial for the Promerit Admin position, as they enable you to perform data queries, manipulations, and generate reports effectively. You will be responsible for developing SQL scripts for data maintenance and reporting, so proficiency in SQL is a must-have.

While not mandatory, prior experience in HR or talent management processes is highly desirable for the Promerit Admin role. Understanding HR systems and functions will give you an edge in managing the Promerit system more effectively and providing better support to our users.
