We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and play a key role in building high-performing teams. As Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative hiring strategies, and work closely with leaders across the business to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
Lead and manage the recruitment function, including recruiters, sources, and coordinators.
Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage job postings, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Optimize recruitment tools and processes (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms, referral programs).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future workforce planning.
Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Ensure a high-quality, engaging, and inclusive candidate journey.
Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Support onboarding strategy in partnership with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing or tech-driven environment.
Proven success in leading recruitment teams and scaling hiring operations.
Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, and candidate assessment techniques.
Experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.).
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (HR/recruitment certifications are a plus).
